1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the financial services provided by CashCare Finance Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Rwanda and licensed by the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR).

2. Our Services

CashCare Finance Ltd provides the following financial services:

• Money lending services (personal and business loans)
• Financial audit and consultancy
• Capacity building and financial training
• Other related financial services

2.1 Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Meet our credit assessment criteria

3. Loan Terms

3.1 Loan Application

All loan applications are subject to:

• Our approval process
• Creditworthiness assessment
• Provision of required documentation
• Verification of information provided

3.2 Interest Rates and Fees

Our loans are subject to:

• Interest rates as disclosed in your loan agreement
• Processing fees (if applicable)
• Late payment penalties as per Rwandan regulations
• No hidden charges

3.3 Repayment

Borrowers agree to:

• Repay loans according to the agreed schedule
• Make payments on or before due dates
• Notify us immediately of any repayment difficulties
• Be subject to collection procedures for default

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Use services only for lawful purposes
• Not engage in fraudulent activities
• Protect your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized transactions

5. Data Protection

We comply with Rwanda's data protection laws:

• We collect only necessary personal data
• Data is used only for specified purposes
• We implement appropriate security measures
• Data may be shared with credit reference bureaus
• You have rights to access and correct your data

6. Limitation of Liability

CashCare Finance Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Losses due to circumstances beyond our control
• Incorrect information provided by clients
• Unauthorized access to client accounts

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to:

• Modify these Terms at any time
• Notify clients of significant changes
• Require acceptance of updated Terms for continued service

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Rwandan courts.
